What some folks call biscuits we in the USA call cookies. What you call chips we call fries , what you call crisps we call chips. Are we confused yet?
In France what you call fries are called frites, crisps are chipsβ¦
I watch a lot of UK shows and youtubers so I call chips crisps now and regular soda I call full fatπ

you are not entirely correct bc a cookie over here is still a cookie but it is in the same group as a biscuit, there are different types of biscuits if you know what i mean lol
in scotland sandwiches are sometimes known as pieces lol
we also have two distinct types of bread, plain or pan havent had pan for a while but i grew up on it, the best part was the outsider bc it was thicker and softer

I live in the south and we call all sodas Cokeβs. You have to specify what kind of Coke you want.
When I was in Australia there was this gas station that sold chicken and chips (fries). They were so good. I went there all the time.
I live in Appalachia and we call sodas cokes or pop. If you go further north in West Virginia they call them sodas.
i think we just call them juice or whatever flavour/brand it is

So we have breakfast, dinner and tea

Yeah in Scotland if we get fish and chips we call it a fish supper. Supper just means with chips
