Like there are two guys outside talking and I think they have been sent to spy on me. Not a full blown delusion of reference but an idea of reference.
Are meds supposed to get rid of stuff like this cos no med I have ever been one has done so?
Ps just tested the guys outside. When I mute my tv they stop talking and when I hit sound they start talking again.
Not ideas of reference just a bit of mild paranoia.
Yes they are but only to a certain degree. No med is perfect.
Have you ever thought of switching to oral meds instead of depot ? I get the impression that your depot “wears off” before your next injection.
Have asked for oral meds before but my doc is very cautious and thinks I am doing well enough as it is.

Over the years I have had many ideas of reference. They can really send you into a loop. After a week of severe ones I end up in the hospital. So now I fear them. I resist them.
I have daily “ideas of reference”. But, they are harmless to me. Even helpful most of the time.
Why are people talking about me? How do they know what I look like or what I’m doing? These are my constant ideas of reference.
Depot Invega was better at dispelling ideas of reference, but I can’t stand getting shots. I’d prefer oral Invega and some nuttiness over shots.
Yeah it’s not a good sign for me. I know I’m doing poorly when I start getting paranoid and then the ideas of reference come along! Touch wood I’ve been pretty stable for years now but it’s something you need to keep a lid on!
