I have said playing football and watching it gives me hope in life.i still think so,but yesterday while playing Futsal I hurt my groin,now walking,sitting and standing up hurts,including climbing up stairs and moving in and out of vehicles…I am sad but I think feeling sad for long doesn’t help…I will take a break from football for 3-4 months and my workout for one month,since work is my piority and this injury did affect my work…
Now I think I will just concentrade on my work and do my best to recover,the pain is quite bad though
