Bad things has been coming to me

a lot of bad things had been happening to me,its not the mental episode but its the little things in life

1.I injured my head(concussion),injured my metatarsal bone(swelling) while playing football.I love football,yet I get injured so many times that I tell people I don’t want to play anymore

2.i been playing a lot of games that I do not put focus on my work…I go to work but thinking about the games which is Fifa 15

3.i been missing my daily workout because of my toe injury,i can still do it but I don’t want to risk making the injury worst…

I have to do my daily workout because its a positive core routine(like a human heart) of my life but football is the love of my life,its like my brain…I really don’t want to give up any but I have told you guys and people in my life that I will give up football so that I don’t get injured anymore and my family all says I should quit…Its a messy road currently,i hope I go through this with little harm on my mental health and physical body and make a good decision between playing or not playing football which can affect my daily routine

I always crumble especially when I don’t work or I don’t take a day to stare at the wall.

Give it a little time. You physical condition isn’t going to deteriorate over night.

I think it’s wise you’re trying to prevent injury.

I’ve had injuries before. Honestly, they just suck. Find something else to do while you recover.
