I said I will give up football and concentrade on other stuff but whenever I see football and watches the match I am so engross and have positive feeling…It’s so frustrating to give it up totally,I would like to take back my words -.- if my leg recovers
It’s your choice. Like I said before, injuries are a part of sports. You just have to hope an injury isn’t too bad.
Play when you feel like playing man. It’s certainly good for you.
Thank @soltgoes and @77nick77 for the comment
Do whatever you want to do. Just make sure you’re good and healed up before you start again.
maybe football is your religion lol
Play football as long as you can, I think playing a teamsport is probably one of the better things aside from medication to aid your recovery. You get exercise and on top of that it opens a lot of doors to new social contacts. I’d suggest also watching the games of your team while you’re injured, to stay in touch with your teammates and to support them. You can look into some extra protection for injuries. I suppose you are already wearing shinpads, but you can look into braces for the knees and ankles. That ball on your head was just a bit of bad luck. Typically, when you’re engaged in the game and keep your eyes on the ball you will be ready when it comes your way. What position do you play best?
@flybottle Thank you for your reply,I just got to know this group of people, they don’t play tournament but play casually.I play right back/left back,it’s the best position for me,I will wait it fully recover before I get back playing not setting myself time though
@daydreamer it’s not my religion but it’s my best and favourite sports
Thanks @crimby
Are there things you can do to keep your skills and condition up for when you heal up enough to return to playing soccer?
