Don’t go cold turkey from them. You will be miserable. Talk to your pdoc. Maybe you can cut down so you aren’t on so many.
I’m being increased and increased all over and over again. So I’m just wondering what if I stop them all.
Why not just switch to a different one? If what you’re taking isn’t working, try something else, not nothing. Nothing is clearly worse.

I don’t recommend it. It will mess your brain up. Just dialing back on meds gradually with a doctor’s supervision was disastrous enough for me to never consider doing it again.
