I understand in the states iced tea is a thing. Is that with black tea or herbal tea? Cos I just had cold black tea with some cardamom and it was amazeballs

I adore cardamom.
I used to make cardamom buns often but stopped because it makes me gain weight.
I used big pods that burst when you chew on them.excellent stuff.
I enjoy ice tea.
Haven’t had it for years unfortunately.
Maybe I will buy some next fortnight when I do my shopping.

We used black Assam tea to make iced tea at the cafe where I used to work. It was so good! Working there also introduced me to cardamom, as the cook was from Iraq and used it often. My favorite dessert was her baklava with cardamom. Yum!

Assam tea is amazing! It is a strong malty tea. @anon80629714 is a big fan of that tea too.

Here in Texas Sweet ice tea is a big deal. But I also enjoy black and herbal tea cold and hot.
