Cold all the time

This med side effect of not being able to regulate my body temperature is so annoying. I get cold so easy. I’m in Starbucks right now in a winter coat. Granted it’s cloudy today but it’s July for Christ’s sake. I get cold so easy. And of course, if it’s hot out, I’m the first to complain it’s too hot. I ran cold before. I definitely didn’t need this side effect. BTW: I have a hooded sweatshirt on under my winter coat AND I’m still cold. I blame the A/C to some extent but it’s also partly me. Frustrating.

I get this but opposite…im ■■■■■■■ hot all the time

Well then, you can wear your shorts in December and I will wear my winter coat in July:)

Lol I’m sensitive to the sun…does the moon weaken you? Lol

I get too hot in the summertime, and too cold in the wintertime. Yesterday I was cleaning the bathrooms at the clubhouse, and in spite of the strong air conditioning that almost keeps us too cold, I broke out in a heavy sweat. I sweat really easily. I was wondering if it was going to be too hot to mow the lawn, but I waited until the heat broke at 7:00 pm, and it wasn’t hard to do that. I sweat a lot in social situations sometimes. When I am uneasy around people I sweat a lot.

I think my being cold is a result of the meds I take making it difficult to maintain my body temperature, not any fear or aversion I have to the cold. I am in the same Starbucks today and the sun is coming through the window on me and I am able to sit here in my short sleeve T-shirt. It’s beautiful here (WA State) today. However, no sun with the A/C blasting = winter coat for me
