Still waiting for autumn to arrive here… It’s been over thirty degrees for a couple of days now, quite unusual for mid-september over here.
Oh that is weird for the north… freakin climate change! This is wasn’t even one of the hottest summers here, never went above 38ºC… but I was so tired of the heat! Couldn’t take it anymore
yeah I’d prefer it to chill down a bit too… I suspect one of the side effects of my medication is that it messes a bit with temperature regulation of the body… it is listed as a possible side effect though a rare one.

Yes! I’m sure my body’s thermomether is all screwed up, I used to be a beach person now I can’t stand being in the sun for too long, I start getting really uncomfortable
This is definitely a thing with antidepressants - serotonin apparently has some temperature regulating properties. My thermostat is all whacked out anymore.
for me it’s when I’m out in the sun in these temperatures I seem to break sweat more and more easily than before - and that’s without doing anything.
Freakin meds! Screw sanity, I prefer going to the beach!

I love it too. I really like the winter feeling too. Its the vibes of the seasons and our stargate orgins that decide which season we connect with.
