Cognitive problems and aerobic exercise


This is a story from August about the benefit of exercise on cognitive problems.
Last night after work I didn’t drink and went to the gym. Then when I got home I barely had 2 glasses if wine as I was mentally comfortable. I’m just starting to exercise the last week or so. It’s hard to get going sometimes but I know I will feel proud in the end. Also trying to lose a hundred pounds by next June. Down 13 since mid august.
