Today I had just 2 spoons of instant coffee and I’m returning to normal. For the last few days I’d been having more, and a really dark cloud descended over me.
If you’re having a really tough time, and drinking a lot of coffee, I can recommend cutting it down or out completely.
Its so hard sometimes when waking up and feeling so tired x.x
Maybe replace a cup with some English Breakfast tea? [pinky up] Its got a pretty robust taste. I just don’t keep up with it because its slightly more expensive. (I think)
Sometimes I get carried away and drink 4-5 cups of coffee a day. Otherwise I can do just 2 on a good day.
Definitely feels like there can be a harsh crash though that’s more than just tiredness.
I usually have 2-4 mugs of coffee through out the day with start in the morning.
I love it.
At home I use the plunger.
Lately Ive been getting local coffee thats made locally and bought from Markets or Midnight coffee from Zaraffas.
Its ready ground for the plunger.
Important to drink enough water though and keep hydrated.
Some times I have noticed Ive just been drinking coffee and barely any water.
Make sure one drinks at least a litre of water and eats well can be good.
I agree totally. I’m a tea drinker. Due to the face of moving recently and this place being a state before I could move in it, I’ve been on coffee as its required so much work.
I think the coffee has been unhealthy. I am very unsettled and upset …its just the upheaval )and i dislike moving)
Lately i realise, coffee has not helped. But now i have to come off the coffee.
I’ve drank ten cups of coffee a day for forty years. When I first started doing that I had the nicest mornings, but I would be very depressed in the evenings. I think the caffeine has little effect on me now. I’ve consumed so much of it and built up so much of a tolerance for it that caffeine doesn’t affect me now.
Caffeine is bad fort SZ. it increases your symptoms. If you are going to drink coffee, order some Jamaican Blue Mountain or Hawaiian Kona on the Internet. They are the best tasting coffees!.
