I have noticed on somedays i wet my underwear while sleeping. Then i wakeup middle of the night and suddenly rush to the bathroom to pee. I dont wet the entire bed, just few drops come out.
I have read its one of the side effects of clozapine. Is there any solution ?

I’ve been on clozaril more than ten years
I have this problem. Tried different treatment nothing work
So now I have disposable bed sheets and disposable pants
I was given a patch for throat but gave rash you could try
I started wetting the bed shortly after starting trazodone. I just figured it knocked me out so much that I couldn’t wake up if I had to pee. I started peeing before bed and still waking up wet so I just decided to not renew my prescription and deal with the sleep problems. It’s odd though because this was only several months ago and now I have the problem where I sleep too much. Depression probably. Anyways, I would talk to a doctor about it. Maybe they can start you on a different pmed that doesn’t do that to you. It’s rough I know. Hope you get outta this one.

Circumcision removed my bedwetting problem recently with clozaril.
Typically, we like to leave inactive threads alone and just start a new thread instead.
