Does quality matter? I take inexpensive B12 and it sometimes flares my physcosis?

I’ve taken b12 for over 10 years. I noticed nothing.

Quality might matter since B12 can be difficult to absorb for the body. When buying you should look for somthing that claims good bioavailibility.

I started taking vitamins B6 and B12 several months ago and they work great, I feel much better with no side effects! I also tried B8 but that did nothing.
