Dried fruit, nuts, brandy in a kind of sponge. Is lovely. But can see why some folk wouldn’t like it.

I think we have that, but we call it fruitcake.

This is steamed and served warm.

My Gran use to put the old coins in the pudding and exchange it for real currency.
