I’m feeling uninspired in my baking lately. I need new ideas! So tell me, what is a dessert you absolutely love that I can make?

My sister makes this mean Berry pie. It has like rasberries, blueberrys and blackberries all in one. She makes it for thanksgiving every year but I’m staying in WA so I told my mom to tell her “You should make Jon a berry pie on thanksgiving and freeze it and give it to him for Christmas :)” I saw your other desserts and they were more creative but I sure do like my sisters berry pie!
Also she made me lava cake once? And that was bomb diggity dog. Just like it is in the restaurants but was better. But fried ice cream is my favorite dessert but no clue how they make it

Chocolate raspberry pavlova. Mmm. I love pavlovas. They’re fancy but pretty easy to make and they’re delicious!

Fried ice cream is really tricky. You have to keep it extra frozen, then flash fry it for like ten seconds. I don’t have a cold enough freezer for that. But lava cakes sound like lots of fun!
