My employer is taking out everyone to dinner after work tomorrow.

She does it a few times a year, introduced me to Korean food, they have some really really tasty fried meats.

For actual Xmas I’ll visit the grandparents.

I recommend visiting family if any live nearby.

Being born instantly catholic, the way I use it is I had no choice, my family has a multi-generational history of being catholic vs being converted.

I think in the catholic community it is used positively signaling they grew up on catholic values etc. I think it’s a divisive term. But that’s just me.

I’m Catholic. I was born Catholic. My parents were Catholic. My father converted my mother 's family has been Catholic for generations

I’m a converted Catholic. My son was a converted Catholic. My father was a cradle Catholic turned agnostic. My mother and my entire family and on my mom’s side is fundamentalist protestant.
