I’ve been reflecting. I didn’t seem manic but it may have been some mania involved in me booking that trip. It’s not something I’d do. Even my cousin was like that’s not you.

I am not crying @far_cry0. But I do think it is a good idea to identify my symptoms and triggers to present to the pdoc… the more I am aware , i can tell my family and they can look out for me…

Yes u are right in your own way …!!! Yes again life is full of ups and down…ups are admirable while downs are upsetting and boring…!!!
