Can't stand my little brother anymore

I’m stuck at home and in the past year my brother turned 15 and he is the devil. He is the most loud, disrespectful, negative trouble maker I have ever met.

He is constantly yelling and disrespecting me and my mom. We had to call 911 on him a bit ago and he got sent to the hospital where they gave him thorizine, haldol and olanzapine… one dose of each I guess.

When he got out he chilled out for a little bit, started sleeping better but now he’s back in terrorist mode a month later.

What can I even do?? I wish I had my own place but then my mom would he left to deal with him alone wich would be worse.

I’m 99% sure he is at least bipolar but he doesn’t want to take meds and be like me, to quote him.

Maybe you could contact your family doctor and ask them what steps you can take.

Yeah my mom was gonna do that but it never happened. Thing is he won’t take meds. He is gonna end up in serious trouble.

Maybe monthly injections then? So he doesnt have to worry about taking meds?

@mangojuice yeah that’d be perfect. Don’t think he would need antidepressants either because he is most likely bipolar.

Hopefully we can figure something out, I worry about him and so does my mom but our nerves are shot ya know.

He’s still very young to go on APs. I hope they also give him psychological support with a professional therapist.
