the tv license pays for all live tv including BBC news, iplayer and soaps etc anything live really, it basically pays for the making of all of the news and live tv to be made or shown here in Britain, i dont need it though lol

Long story short, the big fat don’t-even-need-an-address we’re so big a company, just a name and our own Zip code will do…
Their goal for us who they think enjoy digging in our wallet to pay their pensions…
Use less, pay more.
Less cost/work for them, more money from us.
I refuse to go “Paperless” because it don’t save trees, it only saves the company the time and responsibility for getting you your statement you deserve- in print.
@Twang the idea of a TV license is that it’s a tax probably.
As a part of my 4g package I would have an access to one web TV, I have not tried it yet, but maybe later … to see what other programs there are …
