Cancelled my audible (audiobook) membership

It was costing about $10 a month and I’ve developed an espresso addiction which that should pay for lol.

I had some unused credits so I downloaded an audiobook on decision making. The irony was I couldn’t decide whether to use my credit on that book or not. But I did.

For the unspent credits I warmly suggest “59 seconds” by Richard Weissman, and “The Upside of Stress” by a Ph.D from Stanford.

The first one sums up large chunks of new research in psychology about interesting topics like happiness, persuasion and much more, the second one overviews stress from a scientific perspective.

Thanks for the recommendations ! I’ve used up all my unused credits now though. I had to use them up to cancel my account. :books: :headphones:

I’ve figured out how everything works in the camera but I’m housebound. It hasn’t gotten me out of the house more. Ah well …

Can you get audiobooks on the kindle ? I just started reading a book again the past few days for the first time in years. Just a little each night but I think I might be more suited to a kindle. My mum suggested it.

No. Kindle no longer has the ability to read books out loud unfortunately. :frowning:

Haha! That’s exactly what happened ! :joy:

But to be honest a year worth of audiobooks has meant that I’ve pretty much listened to whatever I’ve wanted to.

Just took 2 tablets with coffee. How long does it take to kick in?

About 40 minutes. It’s rapid release.
