Can you stand the heat?

Because of my heart/light sensitivity I cannot tolerate some areas of the world, my life would be in jeopardy, due to the temperature. My dad lives in a very hot place I’ll never go to-- Thailand. I also don’t want to return to my home town in south Carolina because the heat there is really bad in the summer, worse now than when I was a boy who could play outside in 100° weather all day. Has medicine done this to your body chemistry too?

Yes. The med’s have dramatically affected me in this regard. When I was in the Army I was a little bit above average in dealing with the weather, but antipsychotic medication has turned me into a total weather wimp. It sucks. I hauled hay in high school, which is hot work, but I wouldn’t dream of doing that now. I’d have a heat stroke after two loads.

Yeah abilify has caused issues with my bodies heat regulation. I overheat easily and sweat copious amounts if its hot out.
