If i won a dispute, can the merchant sue me for taking his money, im worried?

im not bad person, i feel guilty. Sorry this has been in mind lately. Can break the worry cycle.
Did you get the product as advertised and then dispute the claim anyways? Because that is fraud and you could be charged for that. But if the product was damaged, never arrived, or was not what you ordered, you are just taking the protections available to you.

No i got bad reaction to it, thats what i told the credit card company. Felt sick. I think it was expired. I dont if did right thing disputing it.
If the product made you sick, it was fine to dispute.

i doubt it cause it prob wasn’t big sum i gues… they have other worries i think. If it was big sum then maybe it would be worth it for them but for small sum they not gonna care about it

I cant stop being so irrational, i got start think rational.
Look at it this way. If you had a meal in a restaurant, then threw up on the table, the restaurant would DEFINITELY not charge you for the meal. It is no different. If their product made you sick, they would fall over themselves refunding you because you could sue them if it damaged you.
