I saw my gp dr for my annual physical exam this AM. I barely could wake up in time. She suggested I take more clozapine during the day so I’m not so sedated overnight and so it is not so impossible to wake up every morning. Idk. I’m desperate. I’ll try it54.
I have a cyst on my hand too. Seeing or}tho dr Friday for that.
does anyone any tricks for waking up mornings? I have a light alarm clock. I set my phone alarm across the room too.
i had trouble waking up when i first started risperidone, im on break from work but i started setting my work alarm again and just forcing myself to get up, also i put my vape and water where i cant reach it from bed in order to have to get up.
basically put something important for you far enough away that u have to get up to get to it, even a phone, set an alarm but dont allow the alarm to be easily turned off to go bnack to sleep.
lol i just read you already do this, i guess my brains not up yet as i woke up 4 pm today lolol
My husband always sets 5 or 6 alarms on his phone to go off one after the other
