I take Benadryl. It works better than any of the prescription sleep aids I’ve ever tried. But I had a tumor in my pineal gland as a kid, so my body never learned how to sleep.

When I can’t sleep, i take some propranolol and benedryl. Used to use seroquel for a sleeper, but I ran out and havent refilled.
