If you suck at reading like me and can’t read more than 30 minutes at a time and never finish books, can you improve if I i just force myself to read a lot?

Yes you should unless you have some impairment
I heard that US General Macauthor would apparently read for 2 hours each day, even in the midst of WW2. As a practice to be more intellectually capable by being a active reader.
Don’t read a book, unless you appreciate it. Find something else that seems interesting to read instead.
Reading requires attention and energy. So getting enough sleep and having motivation can help with that. And taking away the phone/laptop/computer has helped me have more reason to read as well.
yes very much so… They say if you want to do anything, do it. If you want to be a good bike rider, ride a bike. if you want to paint, paint. ETC
Be happy you can read 30 minutes a day. I absolutely believe you can improve your reading ability with practice. In my case I spent my entire life reading, sometimes 90 minutes a day racking up over ten thousand hours over thirty years. I should be a master and indeed a lot of books seem simple to me but I’m not enjoying it anymore and I am talented in drawing and music. It’s hard letting books go. I’m asking myself why I want to do it? I like confirmation I’m existing, I comprehend therefore I am. Just thinking isn’t enough, I’m minute. That general who read two hours a day regardless of what was going on had a different mind than I. I do like listening to books though, that’s a little different.
