my friend sweep hasnt got a diagnosis of schizophrenia but she was diagnosed with ocd and social phobia and i think some people who have developed sz may have developed these traits as well and i just thought that people could relate to that. she also has had an eating disorder as well.

I seem to recall she posted on the old forums. I always thought she had the diagnosis. It is certainly true that OCD and social phobia are found more often in people with psychosis.
There is a school of thought that says that avoidant PD, which some see as merely more severe social phobia, belongs to the schizophrenia spectrum.
I also think there are links, in my experience, between paranoia and social phobia. I always felt she fitted in on the old forums.

she doesnt post much at all, like hardly anything but it would be good to know,
she is also a bit like a carer as well, helps me out when i need it and company and support etc
I remember her from the old forum - I think that it would be nice for her to post here again, she is your friend after all
