Can I smoke CBD joints?

Hey guys, do you know if I could smoke this type of flower without triggering psychosis?

And do you know if it´s for sale in coffeshops or smartshops in Holland?

If its legal in your country and has <0.3% THC, yes.
Its good for insomnia and anxiety but not schizophrenia. Its legal here and I tried it but it made me sleepy and I already oversleep on Risperdal so I stopped it. I used this:
