Can anyone be honest with me that I'm not schizophrenic?

I can kind of agree with that. And sometimes I do look back and say “is this real”. I can never tell.

True thats the hardest part of the illness… a lot of us go throught that ever day. Questioning what’s real and what’s not. The key is asking yourself that when youre cool calm and relaxed. Thats the truest perspective. Again I easy ti make mistakes when everything moving so fast…

That and…don’t listen to a thing the bad voices say or even the positive ones most of the time cause most of the time they’ll just say positive things to get you to listen then overwhelm you with bad thoughts later. This is why a lot of people chose meds I think. Helps you calm down and analyze things in quiet. It’s hard to fight these voices all the time… For me its impossible without prayer…

It sounds likely that you’re suffering from a delusion. I don’t want to scare you or anything, but you might need to change medicine or ask your doctor.

Unfortunately I don’t think people are lying to you.

Now, lets act as though what you said is true, and work through the logic to see if its a delusion or not.

Are you a famous celebrity, are you really wealthy or associated with an influential person? Well known?

If not, you are likely not being spied on by malicious forces. People around you probably figure out you’re a bit paranoid and delusional because you have a sincerely held belief that people are specifically spying on you.

Thats not to say that cameras and security cameras aren’t around, or that people aren’t looking at you, but most folks just do that randomly and don’t care about anyone other then people who act strange or look like they’re shop lifting.

Please stay calm and take the doctors advice sincerely then be proactive about side effects of the medication.

If people tell you, you seem more normal or are improving you are probably on a medicine that’s helping noticably but its also important to know that you need to be comfortable on the medication and dosage that you have.

If you are having brain fog tell them that, and ask to lower the dose or change medicine.

I’m sorry about my flippant comment earlier. I’m rereading your posts and you are really distressed. I agree with everyone here, I think you need to get help from someone you trust. I hope you find a doctor who is empathetic. I don’t think your current doctors are in on a cruel joke.
