İ have paranoid schizophrenia and i quit smoking 11 years ago.i used to smoke one and half pack of cigarette per day.it cost me all my front of my teeth.they all porcelaine now.i m very regret to smoke.but be careful if you are not on medicine quiting smoking may cause relapse
Watching my dad die he’s been smoker since he was a kid. Quitting is hard but I believe you can.
