Im in the middle of trying to figure out my anxiety problems with my pdoc (just started taking gabapentin first) and i cant shake the desire for caffeine which ends up giving me more anxiety i think because i drink it super fast and it kinda shocks my system. Im just venting i hope i dont end up making myself some but id bet i do.
Half-caff is a decent option of you need a bit of pep without the anxiety— it’s like 1:1 caffeinated and decaf coffee mixed together.
If you like iced coffee, I really recommend the KITU brand. Their black cold brew has L-Theanine in it which gets rid of the jitters. It’s awesome stuff and has a bunch of caffeine if you need it.

I know the feeling. I quit caffeine completely and now I’m back on ½ teaspoon of instant every other day.
