I think a lot of my jitters might be from caffein

Can anyone relate to this?

Oh yes, i’ve cut down on caffeine intake lately and feel much better

I’d like to quit but I don’t know if I have the will power. I’m going to keep quitting in mind. Never quit quitting. I did manage quit smoking but it required time for me.

Try getting decaf, and do half decaf half regular for a while, then cut it down to just decaf then quit, if you’re going to quit.

It’d be the best thing to do. Unfortunately, I won’t always do the best thing for myself. This is what will take the time.
