Kinda looks like a close up of a Booger. (Not that I’ve looked that close, I’m just guessing.)
OhOh! Sorry! Hope you’ve already eaten it.

Ohhhhhhh just sprinkle with some tofu :joy:

I have a good cabbage roll recipe, have you tried those? They are vegan.

BTW looks DE-LISH!

The leaves get all crispy on the outside, and the whole thing is seasoned with garlic scapes! The crispy leaves are definitely my favorite part.

Oh that looks tasty, I actually love cabbage. This reminds me of okonomiyagi(japanese savoury pancake). It has egg in it but maybe you can substitute the egg for fake eggs? they’re really good!

I’m sold. So garlic scapes and maybe salt? Then it looks like you grill it? Is there any danger of it falling apart and is there preparation for that?

Looks good! Certainly an alternative to portobellos.

I brush it with olive oil and bake it at 400 for 35 minutes.

I like you a lot @Ninjastar.
But I’m sorry I’m not sold!

Huh. Had this for supper last week. It’s a regular dish in our home. Goes nicely with a scoop of refried pinto beans topped with sriracha and a roasted red pepper stuffed with couscous.
