— Masher Cabbage Stew ----
2 heads of cabbage
1.5 Tablespoon of beef base
2 lbs of ground chuck
3 can mixed veggies / 2 can of green beans
This is my own recipe. Enjoy please. The one above is similar and both are very tasty
