My nurse said i could stop taking losartan 12.5mg so I did and i am soo sick with panick attack after panick attack
That happened to me when i stopped Ativan cold turkey…after about 3 days of continuous panic attacks it began to get better. After 2 weeks i stopped having them. You’ll get thru it, you’re strong!

I had to take the losartan again my bp got dangerously high

@Rainstorm I’m sorry big guy. Panic attacks are the worst. I used to get them a lot in public. It felt like my head was going to explode from the anxiety.
Listen to the nurse though. Will your doctor maybe prescribe Hydroxyzine for the attacks and anxiety? That stuff has been a lifesaver for me.
