Best way to curb dessert craving?

I used to eat maybe four cream donuts in a day, but I already had a bag of revels today.

I am weight training atm, but my lifts aren’t yet heavy enough for me to eat whatever I want yet.

I’m thinking maybe just adding loads of sugar to decaff coffee, with milk. Idk.

Me hungy :v

When I’m dieting and need a “dessert” or something sweet,

I get tootsie rolls, and eat just a couple.

They’re satisfying because they are chewy and chocolatey.

If that doesn’t work and you feel like you’ll eat the whole bag,

I recommend hard peppermint candies.

I hope my comment is still helpful, although it’s a simple one. I don’t buy desserts for myself. I just get in enough for others and then don’t want to take what is someone else’s.

I want the red candy the Oracle had in The Matrix. Idk what she had.

Also I feel like hard candy would last long, so thanks for the suggestion.

I get Lindt or Ghirardelli 72% dark chocolate and just eat one small piece after each meal. That satisfies my incredible sweet tooth quite nicely while adding only minimal calories.

Erf. Those are no longer an option for me as they overpower any type of denture adhesive I use. Even wine gums are challenging now!

How about a fruit?

I’ve heard lots of people say turn to fruit. It still has sugar and sweetness but its no wear near as calorie dense.
I think its important to find fruit you like. There’s more than just apples and bananas etc. Berries, apricots, kiwis, pears… There’s so much good fruit out there.

The best way to curb a dessert craving is to have dessert. Twice.

I get chocolate cravings pretty often

Think of having missing body parts, or losing your sight to diabetes. Also eat foods with low amounts or artificial sugar.
