Best time to take Olanzipine

What would you say would be best time to rake olanzapine morning afternoon or bedtime, and what would be pros & cons in doing so, be interesting to hear your experiences

For me, olanzapine is sedating so I take it at bedtime

Olanzapine puts me to sleep so i take it at night before bed.

It makes me sleepy so I take it at night, that way the worst of the sedation is gone till morning.

Zyprexa aka olazapine made me too tired to function so I took it at night 30 minutes before bed thank god I’m no longer on it because it made me so drowsy it works well for psychosis and my mood but haldol has helped so much more

I used to take it about an hour before I went to bed because it made me sleepy. Pros were I was very calm with no symptoms. Cons were that it made me sleep ten hours every night and nap every day and when I quit taking it I had insomnia for a while.

I take it about 7pm sometimes I’m in bed by 9pm. I’d say a couple of hours before bedtime.

If it’s sedating best to take before bed
If not, then I’d take in the morning
