Anafranil (Clomipramine) is the standard for OCD, beware of the constipation though.

I am taking NAC supplement. It slowly has helped.

I’ve seen video on YouTube that nac should help but dosage should be I believe at Least 2 grams

Welcome @taxidriver. I am getting some benefit taking 500 mg twice a day (1gram a day.) I am cost conscious or would take more. The effect took a month to notice in my case.

Seroquel has helped mine but mine may be more psychosis related than true ocd
