Basically only looking at benzos. My psychiatrist said she wants to look at taking me off Xanax and putting me on something else. What would be the best option in terms of causing the least damage over time? The only ones I’m really familiar with are Diazepam, Clonazepam, and Lorazepam. Clonazepam (Klonopin) doesn’t help my anxiety much. Would Diazepam (Valium) or Lorazepam (Ativan) be better for long term use?

its trail and error my friend just take it as directed by ur pdoc my Klonopin is also not working for me might change to ativan…!!!
