Benzo options for long term anxiety?

My current benzo(clobazam) works great for anxiety/myoclonus jerks but is causing alot of sedation/sleepiness on target dose(12.5mg). Doses below 10mg does not work for anxiety.

So basically my plan is to take 2 benzos due to side effects of the first benzo. I might reduce my current benzo clobazam dose to 5mg and add another for anxiety. 5mg works for my myoclonus jerks as well.

I’m looking for benzo which works for long term anxiety without tolerance.

Right now I’m on clozapine 200mg, clobazam 12.5mg, paroxetine cr 37.5mg

Here are the meds which i have tried

Alprazolam 0.25 → worsening anxiety/psychosis
Alprazolam 0.5 SR + clobazam 15mg → Bed wetting
Clobazam 10mg(taking since 2.5 years) → Works great for anxiety/jerks but sedation problems and severe cognitive decline(memory problems) from 10mg and above
Clonazepam 0.25mg(Took just 1 dose) + clobazam 10mg → crying spells
Clonazepam 0.75mg → very sedated till afternoon, brain slow down, cognitive impairment, did not work for twitches at this dose, worsening hypotension
Diazepam 2.5mg + clobazam 10mg → bed wetting
Lorazepam 0.5mg + clobazam 10mg - worsening anxiety/psychosis, crying spells, feeling sleepy in afternoon

I take Clonazepam, Clozapine and Buspar. :bird::bird::bird:

Buspar did nothing but knocked me out for 3 hours of sleep

No benzo is meant to be taken long term. They’re for short term while you learn to take control of the anxiety. CBT is a good option for learning cotrol over your anxiety.

Only benzo seems to be helping my panic disorder

I don’t take benzos anymore because I was overusing.
Zoloft has done wonders as far as anxiety and depression.
