Best aspect of your intelligence

I’m good at being creative and I have learned quite a bit about topics like the weather, history, and I have studied a lot about this illness although there’s only so much you can lean from the Internet and library books and I am certainly not as knowledgeable about the condition or the medicines as the doctors generally are which is why I’ve increasingly stopped screwing around with my meds and supplements.

I’m definitely not as smart as I thought I was.

But, I do like coming up with alternative science ideas, and I’m definitely not alone in that.

I scored top1% in a sample ASVAAB and 135ish in IQ at one time, but I’m fairly sure I’ve fried most of that away, plus I have a terrible memory.

I might just opt for the kindness route

Yeah I’m not as smart as I thought I was either when I was very grandiose. I do well with the cards I’m given but there’s a lot of things that are over my head. Like metaphysics, some philosophy, etc. I just make the excuse that I can’t seem to find a point in learning those things, but it’s because I’m not smart enough to learn them. It’s all good though.

Oh learning stuff that is taught to you is a different story - I very much suck at that. Failed all my A-Levels, well not got high grades anyway. From what I understand of the universe a lot of that metaphysics is rubbish. There is a good video somewhere on youtube about that by VSauce, how scientists accept something is fact and then it can never be undone once it starts getting taught in schools.

Some scientists recently discovered there was no such thing as a photon ‘particle’ but modern science won’t accept that, so they invented something new called a ‘virtual’ photon. Basically light that is not a particle. \o/ madness.

Some of the highest IQ’s come with the lack of common sense,

There’s IQ test intelligence and there’s intelligence as applied to real life,practical situations.
Some of us do quite well on the former and struggle with the latter.

probably compassion for human suffering is a sign of high level emotional intelligence. Im of average intellectual intelligence but I exquisitely sensitive to my surroundings like all of us on here

What you smart at? We all have strengths and weaknesses otherwise we wouldn’t be on this board! Or alive! (Evolution means everybodies smart, I like to think of it as the glass half full instead of half empty, so everybody is smart!) It could be creative intelligence , it could be logic, emotional intelligence. Many things. For me, it is my memory. I have a great memory. My mom knows it and said “our neighbor has a GREAT memory, which says a lot about intelligence if you have a great memory”. That was her way of indirectly complimenting me.

I searched on the internet and found out I have Thought Disorder and Cognitive Dysfunction so I’m a lot weaker than you guys out there. I’m intelligent enough to understand my shortcomings and your superiority. I hope you don’t deny it. It’s true. Ideas may rule but, truth reigns. If you take care of the truth, truth will take care of you !?

Einstein believed that imagination was more important than intelligence. Then there was that book “Emotional Intelligence” which said that character was more important than intelligence. There are a lot of different forms of intelligence, some of which don’t get measured on the I.Q. tests. I’m a little uneasy with the idea that all the mental activity we call “intelligence” can be reduced to a single number. My doctor told me a while back that if you have an I.Q. of 120 or so, you are smart enough to do anything you want. There are a lot of jobs I couldn’t do, though, because my manual dexterity is so bad. I couldn’t be a paramedic, for example. I hate to think of holding someone’s life in my clumsy hands.

I bought a 10 USD online UDEMY course that says there are 6 types of intelligence and once I met someone online who said that is bullsh it (bull crap) he said he knows psychology and there is only one type of intelligence

Life is a pattern. Life is biochemistry.

With different pattern the individuality comes into play.

With different biochemistry different intelligence comes into play.

Life is infinite. Life is never finite.

We are all somehow some percentage different from each other.
