My mom said quit worrying about them (neighbor) and other bs. She said live your life. My mom is 4’10" little person. Love her.

When I hear the voices I either say shut the fuck up or say your nothin but garbage or your just a delusion. Usually helps me feel better

I’m not alright. I’m not. I have been holding on to fleeting moments of calm. You know it’s sad when voices ask are you okay. Don’t. Waste another day on me guardian
