I’m not being cold or methodical or calculating. Because I really am a good person and that is reality. And I will keep my sense of humor because everybody is funny and they know it and I know I’m funny and if someone laughs at my bulls*t I am in on the joke. And looking back on old correspondence from 20 or 30 years ago I realized that I’ve been joking throughout most of my illness; it’s nothing new.
