Been put on a community treatment order for another year

pdoc came to my house with the social worker. This is the 11th year, gee I must be mentally unwell for it being ongoing this long?

It’s a chronic condition. Are you gonna try to make some progress? Like with cooking. That would be really good for you.

How can I make progress? I haven’t been sectioned in more than 2 years and have been stable. When they ask I tell them I won’t take the injection which I won’t as I feel like I haven’t got anything mentally wrong with me, hence they keep me on the CTO.

Get your support staff to help you make small but obtainable goals and to track you reaching them. Then set more. Start slow and easy and work your way up. Cooking more meals is a good start.

What!? No Court process?

You dont exactly help yourself mate. CTO’s are done by a judge. So when was your court date?

Sorry - i think your talking out your arse for attention on this forum.

Like you say your “loaded” yet post threads you run out of food.

If your gonna lie - you better be good at it.

My uncle who also has sz only gets benefits if he takes his shot. So he can never stop.

UK here. And since you said arse I’m inclined to say your from the UK. You know nothing @Naarai lol. Sad really!

Based on the behavior you exhibit, it isn’t a surprise.

Saying you have something under your skin, singing weird things all day at the top of your lungs, trying for force support workers to watch shows for 6 hours straight, and threatening to run away if you didn’t get your way isn’t what any stable person would do.

Telling you that your behavior is what results in the CTO isn’t unsupportive. We aren’t here to pat your head and tell you to continue acting up.

Take your meds as directed and try to stop those behaviors that result in CTO.

My behaviour isn’t the result of mental illness. Thats something I do. I haven’t been sectioned in 2 years. They only kept me on the CTO because I refuse to take the injection.

And your behavior is what causes that. If it is anything like the IS, all your workers can give testament. Do you really think that based on your behavoor you’d get a good review?

You can’t do weird and outlandish things and expect to go off a CTO.

And be honest, would you really take your meds if not forced?

How do you feel? Are you doing well or struggling?

One can exhibit behaviours with regards to intellectual disabilities or Autism outside the scope of mental illness you know.

thank you for asking @Kxev I’m doing okay I think.

Of course. You’re correct. You should absolutely be allowed to go off a treatment order.

Best of luck.

I’m only saying they kept it on me because I refuse to take the injection if they take me off the CTO. I had the pdoc and AMMP (social worker) tell me this at my table this afternoon. I refuse to take to injection, My behaviours I have now are not mental health related.

No worries @anon4362788

As I said, you’re correct. I jumped the gun. Apologies. I forget you have other diagnoses.
