Has happened before. Got it investigated. They ruled everything out and put it down to anxiety.

Yeah had to get mri and echo scans and stuff. Said it was anxiety

When I got that it was because I was having sporadic tachycardia ie fast heart rate. Mine was due to med interactions.

When I got chest pains it was bc of my compulsive liquid drinking and lack of sodium. It’s called Polydipsia. It was like cramps or a Charlie horse in various chest muscles. It’s important bc Polydipsia can cause cardiac arrest. So I hope for your sake, it’s not that…

yesterday was really bad for me, i had an anxiety attack, my chest was really tight and sore i had to sit down and it was even harder bc i was with my mum helping her with shopping, i swear i nearly had a heart attack 
its horrible

They did an ecg for my pains. I think half the tests they do are rubbish
