I’m going to post daily on how I’m becoming a better person. The good and the bad. Similar to my weight loss thread. Feel free to join in. I do a lot of sitting in my room so this probably won’t get posted on as much.
The bad: I didn’t wipe down the weight machines at the gym. In all fairness I wasn’t sweating that much. It left me on the fence rather I should wipe them down. I probably should have.
The good: I complimented my ex mil. I’m trying to smooth things over with her. I think she hates me. Just interacting with her put my whole day in a tailspin. I’ll probably just try to avoid her from here on out.
Does putting on a nice sweater make me a better Skunk?

I was a pretty good person today. The only thing I did was lie to my father about losing $100 vs $60 I actually lost. I’m not a big fan of casinos especially slots. I wanted to get out of their.
Make some investments in your health. Do some exercise everyday. 30 minutes a day walking briskly can do a lot and it’s a good start. Be the fitter and better person you can be!
