I don’t know how i got that obese, but it seems i got lazier moving around cause it became so exhausting. I have no idea how i am going to break the circle of obesity and laziness to move around. I remember it was so much fun running along the beach, i almost felt i am flying over the beach.

Yes you are right, i have to loose some weight before getting into serious exercising. Otherwise i am getting a heartattack or serious jointinjuries. Food is everywhere, especially the fattening gear, its difficult to say no to myself, especially i lost any sense of selfcare and let myself go without any dicipline.
I think i am frustrated, i need to google the antidote of frust.
The TV and computer turned into a flatscreen and i turned into a fatmeme.

Count calories to learn more about where you are over eating. I recommend My Fitness Pal. Its extremely useful to learn abotu your dietary habits. Generic advice is useless in comparison.
Also try eating protein for breakfast. When I eat eggs and black pudding for breakfast I literally don’t want to snack all day.
And yeah exersice is very good for your health but “you can’t out run your fork”.
Once you start restricting calories. You have to fight the urge to satisfy the insatiable hunger some meds cause. It’s worth it for feeling physically better.

Even when you don’t feel like it, you still need to do go to the gym, because you will feel better exercising.
Some anti-psychotics cause weakness in the muscles, I don’t recommend staying on them.
You don’t need to diet when building muscles.
Good food can help you get sharper too, I have my trouble with it.
Exercise is key if you want to feel good again. That’s how we get our endorphins in the natural human way by working the body hard.
