Who do the best barbecues? Americans or Australians?
I’ve seen some pretty good looking food done by both. On this this Australian 4x4 show I saw the cook make nachos on the BBQ. That was pretty awesome looking.
I can vaguely remember going to some great BBQs in the San Francisco area in the mid-late 60s
I’m Australian and I’d go for the americans. There are a lot of mediocre sausage sizzles in Aus or people trying to emulate the American style of bbq
When I was a kid in the every weekend in the summer my Uncle’s family would come over for a BBQ and they would cook hamburgers, hot dogs and chicken breasts. I would always go for a chicken breast. Those were good times.
