Back when I lived in florida, some people would say they disliked florida due to the “lack of seasons”. The fact that it didn’t snow or ice at all was one of the things that I loved about florida.
I’m curious about you all! Do you enjoy or hate snow? Don’t get me wrong, snow is pretty, but I’d rather just look at it in pictures. I HATE being cold and wet!!!
Snow is a big factor of why I lived in Phoenix for 12 years. Don’t like rain, don’t like snow, don’t like ice, don’t like fog, and on and on. Now I live in the snowy Midwest, but we’ve yet to have any snow this year. It’s been in the 60s recently, while Arizona has been cold. Go figure that out if you can!
I’ve heard some people say that the heat in Phoenix wasn’t so bad because it’s “dry heat”. Is there any truth to this? I’ve only lived in the humid SE so I’ve only experienced “wet heat”.
I love snow but I have a limit to that. If I have to reach the pharmacy, the grocery store, or the doctor it’s a problem. I hate ice because it knocks out the power, and I am getting too old to slide on it. I love white Christmases but they are rare here. It looks like very few people in the US will get one this time.
