I just feel really irritable. I didnt get a great sleep. And i just feel annoyed at everything today. My dad, my dog…just making me angry. Anyone else have days where they are irritable?

YES. I have had insomnia for the past ten days staying awake with psychotic episodes, and it’s a mess. Lack of sleep kills me. Every little thing is on my nerves. Im so fragile.
Hope we both feel better soon. Im in the middle of a med change, so that doesn’t help.

Lack of sleep is enough to drive you crazy. With psychotic episodes on top i would be miserable. Sorry you are going through that kitty. Hopefully your meds improve things.

I get really irritable 
before my period
Ugh. Thats no good. Im a dude so i dont get a period. This irritability has lasted all day.
Be careful. I tried doing a med switch and didn’t really sleep for 10 days. I started having trouble breathing. Had to bite the bullet and go back on my old med. It was so critical that I didn’t even risk trying a sleep med in case it didn’t work.
Doing a new med switch now and have a sleep med onboard from the beginning which hopefully makes it possible. So far so good.
Welp. My bad day is continuing. Fighting paranoia off. Watching lots of tiktok to keep myself distracted. Had to cancel delivery driving again. Kinda bummed cause friday night is a money maker
