Since pneumonia, I’ve been noticing knees and hips and walking problems, but now, the focus seems to be about backaches that I’ve been ignoring by just toughing it out.
A heating pad may help. Sometimes, alternating heat and ice is beneficial. And if heat feels bad, just an ice pack may be better. I hope you feel better soon.

I have backaches sometimes. I have a book I should use someday of exercises for the back.
I recommend looking up stretches. They make so much difference to physical pain. Physio therapy from my understanding is mostly doing stretches every day. But when you can get the exercises on YouTube etc you dont need to pay.
Check your mattress and your chair that they are supportive for you. When Ive had back ache its to do with not getting the right level of support.
